Documentation needed for pre-approval. Below is a detailed list of documentation needed to begin the pre-approval process.
**One month most recent pay stubs or two most recent pay stubs if paid monthly
**Two years most recent personal tax returns and business tax returns (If Applicable), all pages including W2’s/1099’s
**Two most recent bank account statements, all pages for all accounts
**Most recent 401k, TSP, or investment account quarterly statement (all pages)
**Copy of Driver’s license(s), Social Security Card(s), and Permanent resident alien card (If applicable)
**Copy of most recent mortgage statement, Tax bill, HOA Statement, rental agreement, and insurance declaration page for all properties owned (If applicable)
