Paperwork needed for refinance:
1. 1 month most recent pay stubs and/or LES
2. Two years most recent federal Tax Returns (Federal Only, All Schedules please) and W2’s/1099’s
3. 2 most recent months bank statements checking & savings (All Pages)
4. Clear copy of Driver’s License, Social Security Card, and resident alien card (If applicable)
5. Most recent Mortgage statement & Property tax bill
6. HOA Statement (Only if Applicable)
7. Fire Hazard insurance Policy Showing Dwelling Coverage (Usually insured with USAA, Allstate or Farmers Insurance)
8. Please bring Previous escrow documents from last mortgage transaction (Need Note/Promissory Note Usually 2 to 4 pages)
9. Solar panels purchase or lease agreement and most recent statement, if applicable.
