Why is choosing the right Realtor and Lender so important

I’ve seen it time and time again over the years where I step in to assist in closing a loan where another lender was either way too busy or incorrectly qualified the borrowers. When it comes to mortgage lending, I pride myself in providing the absolute best service and competitive rates to all my borrowers. I have been in this business over 21 years and relay on past client and Realtor referrals therefore, I always do my absolute best to impress all parties involved with my service and responsiveness throughout a real estate transaction. My areas of expertise have always been to assist our Veterans with their VA loan benefits, FHA loans, Conventional loans, Investment property loans, Etc.

When working with a Realtor, it’s always a good idea to do your due diligence because its more than likely the largest purchase in one’s lifetime and you want the right person by your side. I feel that the most important attributes of a Realtor are that he or she possess excellent negotiating skills, they pay close attention to every detail of your needs and wants, that they answer their phone most of the time and/or respond to text/phone calls promptly, and that you work with someone who genuinely for your best interest.
